Dignitaries and contestants from all across the Twelfth District gathered at the Azle Chamber of Commerce in Azle, Texas to select the 2021 Oratorical Candidate to submit to the Department of Texas for the state wide competition.
District Commander Joseph Campbell and District Oratorical Chair Phylis Redmon presented certificate of Appreciation to the candidates. The candidates standing in front from left to right are Jeshika Lamsal, Jacob Groninga and Chumnan Jim Sangsvang III.
